Avoid exposing gold jewellery to household bleach, which will quickly cause gold to discolor and possibly disintegrate. We recommend that you wipe your gold jewellery with our polishing cloth before placing your gold pieces in its original case.
Replacement and Repairment
ACCESSORIES ( made of brass )
Our accessories are made of brass chain and plated with Rhodium and 14K Gold, unless stated. They are purely handmade and required much care. If any parts of the accessories have gone loose, we are gladly to fix them at no cost.
Chain that is tarnished, we are able to replace them with new ones (depending on availability) at cost without any profit from us.
Price for chain is approximately SGD5.00 to SGD20.00.
STERLING SILVER
Our sterling silver jewellery is plated with Rhodium or 18K Gold. The layer of gold may discolour over the time and turns silver due to lack of care or friction. We are able to do a new plating on your jewellery at cost without any profit from us.
SOLID 18K GOLD
Every 18K Gold jewellery pieces come with a polishing cloth. If you need a new piece of polishing cloth, we are able to send a second piece to you for free (includes standard shipping).
