How will my purchases be packaged?
All purchases are packed to withstand regular shipping conditions. Our packaging precautions include using bubble wrap, ziplock bags and boxes.
Which couriers do you use for your deliveries?
For now, we use Singapore Post and J&T for most of our deliveries. Special courier, such as FedEx, EMS and DHL, is available, do email us about your specific delivery preferences before confirming your payment. All payments will be paid in Singapore Dollar.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we deliver internationally.
How can I get free shipping?
We are based in Singapore. Currently, we offer free shipping with a tracking number for local customers with a minimum purchase of SGD 35.00.
For International customers, we provide free standard shipping with a minimum purchase of SGD 150.00.

How long will my order take to arrive?
For local customers, please allow between 2 - 5 working days for your purchase to arrive.
For overseas customers who have chosen registered postage, please allow 14 working days for your purchase to arrive. If you have not received within 14 working days, please inform us as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be included in your confirmation email upon purchase.

I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
You could request for a refund or exchange for another item of equal or lesser value. Once we have received your returned item, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

Customs, Duties, Taxes and Import Fee
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, GST, VAT, handling fees, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless expressly stated.
Customs policies vary by country. We are unable to control or predict whether additional charges will apply.
