Package and Deliveries

How will my purchases be packaged?
All purchases are packed to withstand regular shipping conditions. Our packaging precautions include using bubble wrap, ziplock bags and boxes.
Which couriers do you use for your deliveries?
For now, we use Singapore Post for our normal and registered deliveries. Special courier, such as FedEx, EMS and DHL, is available, do email us about your specific delivery preferences before confirming your payment. All payments will be paid in Singapore Dollar.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we deliver internationally.
How can I get free shipping?
We are based in Singapore. Free standard shipping is currently available for Local and Zone 1 & 2 customers.

How long will my order take to arrive?
For local customers, please allow between 2 - 5 working days for your purchase to arrive.
 For overseas customers who have chosen registered postage, please allow 14 working days for your purchase to arrive. If you have not received within 14 working days, please inform us as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be included in your confirmation email upon purchase.

I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
You could request for a refund or exchange for another item of equal or lesser value. Once we have received your returned item, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

Refund and Exchange

We will not be responsible for any packages lost if you opt for normal postage. We strongly recommend that you opt for registered postage. If there is a need for you to opt for other couriers such as FedEx, EMS and DHL, please leave a comment upon making payment. Otherwise, all packages will be sent out with Singapore Post, unless stated differently on the product’s description.
We will refund or exchange any defective items if it is returned to us within 7 days after purchase. Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We shall not be responsible for items lost in connection to such returns or exchange.
Returned items that do not fit in their packaging are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Sale items are also not eligible for exchanges/refunds.
Can I make a refund or an exchange?
We will only refund or exchange any defective items if it is returned to us within 7 days after purchase.
Can I make a refund or an exchange from your stockist?
No, items purchased online may only be returned to or exchanged with our online store.
